Monsanto, the agricultural seeds company, is putting its Cambridge headquarters up for sale.
A spokesman for the US-based company said they did not yet know what effect the move will have on the 80 staff currently employed at the Trumpington site.
General manager of Monsanto Northern Europe Jeff Cox said he was confident the site would attract a lot of interest among potential buyers
